Rainbow Chip Cookies

I have had this cookie recipe for many years. I had not thought about making them until this morning when they came to mind while making other cookies in anticipation of family coming in for Christmas. My daughter-in-law likes peanut butter and chocolate so these are for her.
This recipe makes a lot so you will have plenty to share and keep.

This cookie has no flour in it.

3 cups smooth peanut butter
1 cup butter
3 cups brown sugar
2 cups of granulated sugar
6 eggs
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1 Tbsp corn syrup
9 cups rolled oats
4 tsp. Baking soda
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup M&M's

In mixing bowl, cream peanut butter, butter, brown and granulated sugar together. Beat in eggs 2 at a time. Mix in vanilla and syrup. Mix in remaining ingredients.
You need a heavy duty mixer for this recipe or you may have to use your hands for the last mixing after the rolled oats.
Drop by teaspoonful on parchment covered cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10 min.
Don't over bake as they will become hard
This makes about 3-4 dozen cookies.
